Step 4 - CSi steam extracts and clean rinses your commercial carpet after ever chemical cleaning procedure.
Step 5 - CSi will stabilize and groom your commercial carpet after cleaning to help prevent residue build up by returning your carpet to its natural PH.
Step 6 - CSi will apply protectant such as Scotch guard upon request. (Because commercial carpets are usually cleaned during or after business hours, professional floor fans are available upon request.)
